This site may earn commissions when a reader chooses a paid training product or education provider through certain links. That commercial relationship does not turn the provider into the default answer.
What gets evaluated before a link appears
What does it teach?Specific skills, concepts or exam preparation—not marketing language.
How hands-on is it?We distinguish video/theory from supervised practical work and real equipment exposure.
What does the credential mean?A certificate of completion, licensing exam preparation and a legally required credential are not the same thing.
What remains afterward?Experience, apprenticeship hours, licensing, employer training, shop judgment or specialty knowledge may still be required.
Affiliate compensation does not decide inclusion
If a free public route, apprenticeship, employer-first path, regulator, community-college option or non-affiliate provider is more relevant, the dossier can say so. A paid program does not receive a stronger recommendation merely because it pays this site.
Current status
The site is not yet publicly monetized. No final affiliate URLs are wired. Commercial relationships will be disclosed where they are used.
The rule: the training link belongs after the reader understands the work, the entry route and what the training does not provide.
